Commission Procedure
I take 20% of the payment up front and the rest when the job is done. Final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.All payments are either through Cashapp or paypal.
All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances. After payment, if there's anything you want changed or fixed I'll do it for free, but only twice and for a week after.Please do not pay the entire total in advance, it’s actually quite inconvenient for me.Send a message over on discord or telegram detailing your character’s basic features, (species, class, age, sex/gender, skin/eye color, etc.) In addition, please include a “Must Have” of features that are most important to you. I will be sure to include those things in the commission. Visual references would be greatly appreciated but not needed.Once we have discussed and I receive 20% of the payment, I will add you to my trello board and get started when it's your turn. You can use the list to check your position in the queue.
Process
Upon starting, I will send multiple progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation to start inking and doing the linework any major changes aren't allowed.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. You're free to request as many changes as you'd like, so long as they're kinda minor. If the change is too big then I'll let you know and it'll be a 10$ fee.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you, or give a google drive with, full resolution and watermarked .png files. No physical product will be delivered. I ask that you only use the non-watermarked files for personal use and the watermarked ones whenever you're posting them or sharing to a wide audience.“I’ve Changed My Mind!”No refunds means no refunds, the best I can do is archiving your commission for 3 months. The first month you can start it up again for free but for the last 2 months you'll have to pay an extra 30% upfront, so the split will be 50 upfront and 50 when it's done.Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason.
